BARBECUE DRY RUB FOR RIBS

This classic BBQ Dry Rub recipe for Barbecue Ribs is quick and simple to make. Use this BBQ Pit Boys recipe, and then adjust the spices and quantities to match

THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:

  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Brown Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Paprika – ¼ cup
  • Coarse Salt – 3 Tbs
  • Black Pepper – 1 Tbs
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Tbs
  • Onion Powder – 1 Tbs
  • Chili Powder – 1 Tbs Optional
  • Cayenne Pepper – 1 Tbs Optional
  • Bowl
  • Re-sealable Storage Bag, sealable bowl or shaker bottle

DIRECTIONS
MAKING

1. Put the following ingredients into the bowl; You can adjust the ingredient amounts to fit your personal taste, If you want it sweeter add more Brown Sugar, hotter add more Cayenne or milder put in less cayenne and chili pepper

  • Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Paprika
  • Coarse Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper

2. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands to making sure to bust up any clumps in the brown sugar

FINALIZING

3. Store in a re-sealable plastic bag, sealable bowl or a shaker bottle
