Crawfish, Alligator & Etouffee Steaks

THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
MAKING THE ROUX

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • Whisk over med. heat until caramel colored

CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups crawfish boil stock
  • 2 pounds crawfish tails
  • White rice

CAYENNE CRAWFISH CORNBREAD

  • Buttered Black Iron Skillet
  • Cornbread mix
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pound crawfish tails
  • CRAWFISH BOIL
  • Water
  • Cajun Seasonings
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 head garlic
  • Corn on the cob
  • Red potatoes
  • Crawfish Boudin Sausage
  • Cajun Andouille Sausage
  • 4 pounds Jumbo Shrimp
  • 10 pounds Crawfish
