I haven't used this knife as it is a Christmas gift for my son who is an avid BBQ Boys watcher and has wanted a knife like this for a long time. It looks absolutely great! I know he'll enjoy it along with the Kansas City Smoke rub that was included. He grills almost every weekend even when it's 10 to 20 degrees below zero here in Minnesota.

The Customized 10" Chapter Knife (Old Hickory) works GUUUUD! Sliced up some 2" Rib-eye steaks the other night and I was delighted with how well it performed. I can't wait to try it on a 4 bone Rib Roast! This blows my old 7" knife out of the water. Thanks BBQ PIT BOYS :)

The knife arrived on time and the packaging was well done. The lettering on the knife is perfect. The weight of the knife is heavier than I thought it would be. Overall very satisfied. One disappointment is that the knife edge is dull and required sharpening.

Just received two today! They are nice and great looking custom printing on the blades. It is a heavy blade, nice and sharpe. Looks like it will stand for years of use. I wish I could have ordered a protective sheath or guard for the blade. That would be a nice addition.
