The stainless steel knife is huge and feels great in the hand! However, got a rude shock when I discovered it can rust if not wiped dry after wash. Ever since, I religiously wipe it dry and oil the blade lightly after use. Fingers crossed I don’t see the rust again!

This is a very good spice blend and we have used it on beef and pork. We cooked a boston butt in a slow cooker and used this blend and it came out great. The meat has a great flavor by itself and we made it better with your barbeque sauces. The broth off of the butt was so good we saved it and used it as a soup stater.

Pork absorbs flavors easily anyway, and so I let this and the pork hang out for about 30-40 minutes at room temperature before cooking it. The flavor of the rub is a real nice compliment to the flavor of the pork, and I think it would go good with chicken too. Gonna try that.
