The ingredients you'll need:

Alligator Tenderloin -(2) 2.5 pounders

Jambalaya Stuffing

2 STICKS OF BUTTER

1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS

1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER

1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY

1/2 HEAD OF CHOPPED GARLIC

1 TABLESPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER

1 LB. OF CRAWFISH TAILS

1 LB. ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

1/2 CUP OF CROWN ROYAL BLACK WHISKEY

2 CUPS OF WHITE RICE

MAPLE SYRUP

 

2 lbs thin cut Bacon

 

It takes about 1 hour at 250f to grill.
