THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

  • Ground chuck -- 4 Pound
  • Onion -- 1 Small, diced
  • Egg -- 1
  • Minced garlic cloves -- 2
  • Garlic powder -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  • Fresh ground black pepper -- 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese -- 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  • Bread crumbs -- 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  • Milk -- 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  • Barbecue sauce -- 2 Cup (32 tbs)

FOR SERVING

  • Sandwich roll --4 (as needed)

DIRECTIONS GETTING READY

1. Preheat grill.

MAKING

2. In a dish, mix together ground chuck, onion, egg, garlic, garlic powder, pepper, salt, parmesan and bread crumbs. Add milk and mix again. 3. Place the meatballs on the grill at direct heat and sear from both sides, once seared transfer to a pan placed at indirect heat region, cover with sauce, cover at cook at 300F for about an hour.

FINALIZING

4. Place 3 meatballs in a sandwich roll, pour in some sauce, sprinkle cheese, place the sandwich on the grill at indirect heat and toast until the cheese is melted. Drizzle with some more sauce.

SERVING

5. Serve with beer or your choice of beverage.
