Beef and Pork Kebab Kabob Recipe

1 1/2 lbs / 650 grams Beef
3/4 lb / 350 grams Pork
Kebab / Kabob Mix
1/4 onion finely chopped or minced
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp ground Cumin seed
1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Ground coriander seed
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tbsp Salt
