Bison Bacon Butter Bourbon Beer Burgers

Ingredients list for the Bison Bacon Butter Bourbon Beer Burgers:
6 lbs Bison 90 /10
1/3 lb bacon
2 Tbsp SPG.
Mix in the bacon to add that extra fat content as the Bison is lean and is only around 10% fat
Grill over indirect heat until reaching and internal temp of 145f. Just prior to being done add the cheese of your choice on top to melt
1/2 lb Butter
1 330 cc bottle beer
1/3 cup brown sugar,
Add a little seasoning
Serve with cheese topping and grilled garden fresh peppers on toasted buns.
