Deep Fried Holiday Ham
For this recipe you need the following ingredients:
1 x whole ham with a nice layer of fat.
Cream style horseradish
1/2 cup white wine
Pineapple juice, about two cups.
Use the remaining injection liquid and add about 1/3 cup of honey and 1/2 cup marmalade
Cook at 340 - 350°F (171 - 177°C)
Be sure the ham is dried down to avoid any oil spatter, lower very slowly into the heated oil.
It will take about 3.5 minutes per pound and cook until reaching an internal temperature of 145 - 150°F (63 - 66°C)
