EASY Pork Belly Bites Recipe

For this Pork Belly Bites you need the following ingredients
Pork Belly, use as much as you like. Seasoning/rub, use your favorite. Olive Oil BBQ Sauce Hot Sauce Butter
Baked Beans
Use two large cans of regular cheap baked beans.Use One can or about 8 oz of a good chunky Salsa, or make your own. Add some of the sauce from the Pork Belly bites and a few chunks of pork as well. Oooo Weeee.... lord have mercy.
Method
It takes around for hours, no less. Slice the Pork Belly into 1 or 2 inch cubes, don't go too small. Add the olive oil to diced Pork cubes and mix well before adding the seasoning / rub of your choice, Don't be skimpy, give it a good coating for the best result. Place on the smoker/grill and spread evenly across the grate, aim for 250 f for 2 hours. (If you're using a kettle grill, indirect heat, rotate those pork about half way for even cooking_) In the 3rd hour place the pork belly bites into a pan and add a couple of sticks of butter and your BBQ Sauce and Hot Sauce. Use as much as you like, give it a good mix and cover with foil for an hour. At the final 4th hour, remove the foil lid and let cook for a further hour or so until the texture is right, you will know. trust me. enjoy with a good friends and beer.
