MeatLoaf Roll

Try making something different than the same ol’ Meatloaf in a pan. We luv ya Mama, but ya have to check this out.

For this Meatloaf Roll recipe you're gonna need the following ingredients:

Method
Smoke up the bacon first on the grill and chop it up into small pieces, dice up the onion and celery. Wet the chopping board down a bit to stop the beef from sticking. Take the ground beef and spread it out evenly to flatten it down to about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thickness all over. Now sprinkle some SPG seasoning all over and add some marinara sauce and sprinkle the diced onions and celery evenly all over. Then spread the smoked bacon and add the shaved hard cheese and roll it up. Tuck in the sides as you roll so they don't spew out. Add a bit more sauce and top off with a few slices of uncooked bacon. Place it on the grill opposite the hot coals and Cook at 275-300°F <135-149°C>. And a few slices of uncooked bacon, it's gonna take about an hour and bit to cook. You want an internal temp of about 155-160°F <68-71°C>. Just before it's done, add a bit more cheese on top and take it off when the cheese has melted. When you take it off the grill, let it rest for about ten minutes or so before serving. Eat and enjoy!
