½ cup Paprika
¼ cup Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
½ cup Chili Powder
½ cup Sea or Chef Salt
½ cup Brown Sugar
Pork Loin Roast (we used a 10lb. whole loin)
1. Apply the rub to the roast. For a more intense flavor do this several hours before grilling.
2. Set the temperature of your grill to 250-275f.
3. Cook the roast indirect, opposite the coals until you reach an internal meat temperature of 140-145f.
4. Wrap in foil for 30 minutes before serving.
