BACON STUFFED PORK ROAST

We show you how to cook up a Pork Loin Roast so tender and moist that it may become your favorite Sunday family feast. And all it takes is some bacon, barbecue rub, and these few easy tips.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: THE RUB WE USED IN THIS RECIPE:

  • ½ cup Paprika
  • ¼ cup Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ cup Chili Powder
  • ½ cup Sea or Chef Salt
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar

THE MEAT

Pork Loin Roast (we used a 10lb. whole loin)

DIRECTIONS

1. Apply the rub to the roast. For a more intense flavor do this several hours before grilling. 2. Set the temperature of your grill to 250-275f. 3. Cook the roast indirect, opposite the coals until you reach an internal meat temperature of 140-145f. 4. Wrap in foil for 30 minutes before serving.
