Directions

1. Sprinkle SPG over the ground beef and make some burgers.

2. Flatten the burger out to less than a quarter inch in thickness. Place a couple of cheddar cheese slices over the flattened burger, throw in a hot dog over the cheese slices and wrap the burger gently as shown in the video.

3. Now wrap bacon around the rolled meat. Finish doing the rest of the flattened burgers.

COOKING

1. Medium Heat 325 / 350F

2. Place bacon wrapped meat burger roll over indirect heat. Let it slowly cook and the bacon will tighten up over the rolled meat. Take it out when done as per your choice.

3. Toast some rolls over the grill.
