Season the ground beef with SPG
Form meatballs around the pasta
Wrap the meatballs with a strip of bacon each
Prepare the grill for indirect heat at approximately 300°F
Smoke the meatballs indirect for about 20-25 minutes
Cut up the Italian herbs & add to the diced tomatoes
Add parmigiano cheese, hot sauce and red pepper flakes to taste
Place meatballs in a cast iron pan together with the tomato sauce
Heat up for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese
