And if you like Beef Steak Kabobs then be sure to make these tangy Beef Sticks!\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tTop Round Steak (London Broil) – 2-3 lbs.\n\tGallon size plastic bag\n\tBamboo skewers - No need to soak in water\n\nFOR STEAK MARINADE:\n\n\tDry Mustard – 1 Tablespoon\n\tChili Sauce – 1 whole bottle\n\tGreen Onion – ½ cup chopped\n\tBeer – 12oz. favorite brand\n\tHot Sauce – 2 Tablespoons\n\tGarlic Cloves – 3-4 crushed\n\tJalapeno Pepper - 1 chopped\n\nDIRECTIONS:\nGETTING READY\n1. Make steak marinade by combining ingredients in a gallon size plastic zip lock baggie. Mix well.\n2. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Meat will be tough if not tenderized.\n3.
