Red potatoes with skin — 1 Pound, halved (as needed)\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\nFOR POTATO\n\n\tRed potatoes with skin -- 1 Pound, halved (as needed)\n\tOnion -- 1 Medium, finely chopped\n\tGarlic cloves -- 3 , minced\n\tOil -- 1 Tablespoon (as needed)\n\tButter -- 4 Tablespoon\n\tBeer -- 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as needed)\n\nFOR STEAK\n\n\tSteak -- 2\n\tSalt and pepper -- To Taste\n\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. Preheat grill.\nMAKING\nFOR POTATO:\n2. Place a black iron pan on grill, heat oil and butter in it. Saute onion and garlic.\n3. Place potatoes, cut side down into the pan. Cook for a minute.\n4. Pour beer, just enough to cover 90% of the potato, cover and bring to a simmer. Continue to cook over indirect flame for 15 minutes. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until the liquid evaporates, spinning the pan occasionally for even cooking.\n5.
