BEER BREASTS

Forget those dry, tasteless, and tough eatin’ breasts. All you need to add is some beer.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

  • 6 -½ boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs ( we used Italian style)
  • 1 cup Panko Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Rice Flour
  • 6 crushed cloves of Garlic
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Buttermilk (cultured)
  • 2 -12oz bottles of your favorite Beer

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine Beer, onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, buttermilk, S&P. 2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 4 hours. 3. Combine bread crumbs, flour, and S&P. 4. Dredge the marinated Chicken Breasts, place on baking sheet and cook indirect at 350-375f on your BBQ grill. Add bacon and cheese just before serving.
