Grilled Sausages, Peppers and Onions

BEER SAUSAGE PEPPERS ONIONS RECIPE

The BBQ Pit Boys show you how to make this delicious, real quick and easy to do, grilled sausage, peppers, and onions recipe.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

• Large Sausages
• Bell Peppers
• Onions
• Olive Oil
• Sandwich Rolls
• Beer or Water

In a black iron pan and over hot coals, sear the sausages in oil. Add beer or water to the bottom of pan to create steam. Cook until the sausages are hot and nearly cooked through. Add cut up peppers and onions to the sausage pan. Cover the grill and cook the vegetables with sausages until "al dente", or slightly soft. Remove, and then serve on a fresh grinder/sub bread roll, and your favorite condiments.
