Season Ground Chuck to taste\n2. Roll meat into a compact patty\nMAKING\n3. Sear Patty on both sides over Direct Heat\n4. After seared place Burger in Black Iron Pan – over Direct Heat\n5. Pour beer into pan with the burger – enough to cover bottom of pan and create steam\n6. Cover Burger with the second Iron Pan\n7. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on grill heat\nFOR CHEESEBURGER PATTY:\n8. Place Shredded Cheese on top of Burger – recover with 2nd pan\n9.
