And it's real q\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tSausage -- 3 Pound (Bison Sausages – 3 packets (1 pound each))\n\tBeer -- 6 Ounce\n\tSauerkraut -- 2 Pound (fresh)\n\tBlack pepper -- 1 Pinch\n\tFresh ground black pepper -- 2 Tablespoon (1-2)\n\tHot dog buns -- 8\n\nDIRECTIONS\nMAKING\n1. Sear the sausages on medium hot grill till partially cooked.\n2. Take the sausages off from the grill and place them onto a skillet.\n3. Pour the beer over the sausages and place the skillet over the grill.\n4. Mound the fresh sauerkraut over the sausages, sprinkle pepper and mix.\n5.
