Cast Iron Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tbsp. Paprika
• 1 tbsp. SPG or equivalent
• 2 tbsp Butter

Directions

1. Pre-heat cast iron pan to about 450 F.
2. Season Chicken parts both sides.
3. Add Chicken to preheated and buttered Cast Iron pan, skin side down.
4. Return to 425-450 F oven or covered grill. About 1/2 way through cook, flip chicken pieces to cook the other side.
5. Remove from pan when chicken internal temp is 165 F.
