2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chuck, spg seasoning, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Roll the mixture into ¼ pound patties.
3. Place the patties on grill, over direct flame, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes each side.
4. Now, roll dough, cut into pieces and lay on counter top. Place a hot patty on a piece of dough, top it with sautéed mushroom, onion, bacon, and cheese. Wrap to cover everything with the dough. Repeat and wrap all the patties.
5. Place the rolled burger back on grill, over indirect flame and cook covered at 350 degree F for 15 minutes.
