A great way to use up leftover chuck or brisket! Super smokey, cheesy tater tot perfection.
Ingredients
Leftover Brisket, Chuck roast or whatever meat you’ve got
1 bag Tater Tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
SPG seasoning or your fav seasoning
Original Bold BBQ Sauce
Green onions
Diced Tomato
Directions
heat your grill up to 325f and setup for indirect cooking.
In a pan throw down a hearty layer of cooked shredded meat like cooked chuck roast, brisket, etc.
Toss on a layer of Tater Tots and spread out evenly.
Cook for about an hour or until the tater tots start to brown and crisp.
Add on a layer of shredded cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
Top with freshly diced tomatoes and green onions.
