4 Chicken breasts
BBQ Pit Boys Poultry Powder
Breakfast sausages pre-cooked
Panko bread crumbs
Trim up and butterfly the chicken breasts.
Using a meat mallet (smooth side) pound the chicken breasts to tenderize and flatten out the chicken breasts evenly.
Cover the chicken in Poultry powder rub. And spread some mustard on the chicken.
Add some swiss cheese and place two breakfast sausages inside the chicken.
Roll up the chicken and tie them tight with some twine.
Season flour with Poultry powder.
Roll chicken in the flour then the eggwash and finally through the panko.
Heat up some cooking oil and fry the chicken on both sides just to get a nice crust on the chicken.
Place the seared chicken wraps and place on a pan and cook in your smoker or oven at 325f until an internal temperature of 165f is reached in the chicken.
Enjoy and top with your fav sauce for a little extra flavor.
