Tired of regular style chicken wings ? We stack the wings (lefty and righty) to keep them moist and tender.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Chicken wing 10 Pound (about 30)
Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as needed)
Seasoning 2 Tablespoon (to taste)
BBQ sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)
Chopped jalapeno 2 Tablespoon (to taste or use any topping)
Shredded mozzarella and cheddar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
DIRECTIONS
GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill to 275 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, and seasoning. Mix well and baste the chicken with the oil mixture.
3. Stack chicken on grill, over indirect flame as shown in the video. Cover and cook for about 2 hours. Check after an hour and baste them with BBQ sauce or any other sauce. Continue to cook.
4. In the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle jalapeno (or any topping) and cheese on top. Cover and let the cheese melt.
