In a Bowl mix\n\n\tChili Powder – 2 Tbs\n\tPaprika – 1 Tbs\n\tCayenne Pepper – 1 tsp\n\tSteak Seasoning – 2 Tbs\n\tBrown Sugar – 2 Tbs\n\n2. Mix well breaking up any clumps\nGETTING READY\n3. Coat both sides of the steak with the rub working it into the meat\n4. Set your grill up for direct grilling, you want a medium heat so that you will not burn the rub\nCOOKING\n5.
