CHILI RUB
An all purpose dry rub for most anything barbecue.The BBQ Pit Boys make up an all-purpose rub that's the perfect blend for Poultry, Beef, Lamb, Pork and Fish.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: COMBINE THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Tablespoons coarse Salt
- 8 Tablespoons Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ground Black Pepper
