Ingredients
-
1 lb. of ground beef
-
3 tablespoons of horseradish sauce (optional)
-
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
-
4 bread & butter pickle chips
-
1 medium red onion chopped
-
4 slices of sharp cheese slices
-
2 soft hard rolls
-
2 tsp BBQ Pit Boys SPG
-
1 tablespoon of butter
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Split the pound of ground beef into two handfuls. Mix each section in a bowl separately. Pour in 1/2 of the chocolate chips, then half of the horseradish and 1 tsp of SPG. mix well into a 1/2 pound burger.
Repeat the above step with the other section of ground beef.
Saute the chopped onion in a frying pan with the olive oil and butter and until translucent.
On a 400 degree grill place both burgers on the grate opposite the hot coal or burners.
Cook the burgers from one side, no need to flip them, cook until the internal temp is 160 degrees.
When the burgers are almost ready to come off, put a nice pile of the saute'd onion on the burger and two slices of cheese on each burger until melted.
Mayo on the rolls and two slices of pickles each.
