- Whisk over med. heat until caramel colored

- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon cracked peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups crawfish boil stock
- 2 pounds crawfish tails
- White rice

- Buttered Black Iron Skillet
- Cornbread mix
