   ​Blend all the ingredients with the ground pork and form into sausages, place on the grill or oven preheated to around 375 f / 190 c over  indirect heat ​and cook until a minimum  internal temp of 165 f, if using a grill, sear over direct heat at the end of the cook. Serve hot or cold with fresh basil, sliced tomato and vidalia onion
