Ingredients

  • Ground pork , 1lb/ 500 gm
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Splash of white vinegar
  •  2 tsp sweet or smoked  paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ​2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ​1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • ​Optional, 1/2 tsp MSG.

Directions

  1. ​Blend all the ingredients with the ground pork and form into sausages, place on the grill or oven preheated to around 375 f / 190 c over  indirect heat ​and cook until a minimum  internal temp of 165 f, if using a grill, sear over direct heat at the end of the cook. Serve hot or cold with fresh basil, sliced tomato and vidalia onion
