Ground pork , 1lb/ 500 gm
2 tbsp. garlic powder
Splash of white vinegar
2 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional, 1/2 tsp MSG.
Blend all the ingredients with the ground pork and form into sausages, place on the grill or oven preheated to around 375 f / 190 c over indirect heat and cook until a minimum internal temp of 165 f, if using a grill, sear over direct heat at the end of the cook. Serve hot or cold with fresh basil, sliced tomato and vidalia onion
