Put some fire in those balls -just the way she likes it...! It's Meatloaf Gone Wild with these bacon wrapped beef burger balls!
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
FOR TWO FIREBALL MEATBALLS:
2 pounds bacon
6 pounds ground beef Chuck
4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
6 teaspoons garlic
1 cup chopped onion
4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
4 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
tomato sauce
shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
MAKING
1) Divide the ground beef into two
2) Roll them into two balls
3) Into each add the chopped onions, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, minced garlic and the Cajun spice and mix in well
4) Cover each of the beef ball with the bacon slices and then place the beef balls into a tray
5) Place the tray onto a hot grill
6) Cover the grill and cook with the lid on for about 2 hours
7) After an hour, check in on the meat ball and drain off the fat that is collected in the tray
8) Pour in tomato sauce onto one meatball and the remaining into the tray
9) Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese onto the meatball
10) Put the lid back on and cook till the tomato sauce is cooked and the cheese is all melted
11) Once cooked take the tray off the heat
SERVING
12) Serve hot with some mashed potatoes and boiled corn
