Chop Veggies\n2. Prepare the Lobster as shown\n3. Melt a stick of Butter in pan\n4. Add and sauté Onions and Garlic\n5. Add crackers and crumbs\n6. Add juice of 1 lemon\n7. Add Brandy\n8. Add Lobster meat\n9. Add parsley\n10. Remove the stuffing from the fire when warm\n11. Stuff Fillets\n12. Bake until the fish flesh turns white, indirect opposite the coals at 325-350f. Be careful not to over-cook.
