Ingredients

• 4lb Ground Beef
• Hot sauce, we used our Habanero Chipotle sauce
• 1 x Onion
• Paprika
• Tomato
• Pepper Jack cheese
• Seasoning, we used our SPG
• Hot chili pepper such as habanero
• Green poblano pepper
• Italian green pepper

Directions

1. Finely chop up about 1/2 an onion with the Poblano and Italian peppers, add the SPG seasoning, at least add salt and pepper to season if you don’t have SPG, add the hot sauce
2. Mix well and form into burger patties and cook until reaching an internal temp of 145f / 63C
3. Top with the pepperjack cheese and serve on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings, we used sliced sweet vidalia onion and tomato with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
