4 Boneless pork chops
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbs SPG or your fav seasoning
1 3/4 cups of milk
Pork Privilege rub
Pound the pork chops out so they're nice and thin.
In a bowl mix the flour, salt, spg together.
In another bowl mix the eggs and milk together really well.
Mix in with the seasoned flour and stir till you get a good consistency for batter.
Season your pork cutlets with some Pork Privilege rub or your fav pork rub.
Dip pork in batter fry.
Fry until your pork is good and crispy and cooked all the way through. Should only take 3-4 minutes.
Build your sandwich with your fav toppings. Coleslaw goes great!
