For breakfast or as a side dish, these slow grilled bowls of Bacon are always a hit
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Bacon strips -- 24 (pork belly bacon used)
Filling of choice -- 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs -- 6 (or use cheese)
DIRECTIONS
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 200-225 degree F.
MAKING
2. Drape the bacon strips on the muffin pan as shown in the video.
3. Place the pan on grill over indirect flame, cover and cook for 60 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Remove bacon cups from muffin pan and fill each with filling (of your choice).
5. Place the cups back on flame, over indirect heat, break egg on top of each (or cheese), cover and cook for 30 minutes or until done.
