\nBEER CAN CHICKEN \n\nGRILLED BEER CAN CHICKEN\nThis beer basted chicken recipe makes for a moist and tender chicken dinner, as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\t2 (3-4lbs each) Roasting Chickens\n\tOne large sliced Sweet Onion\n\tYour favorite salad oil\n\tOlive oil and Soy Sauce\n\t2 12oz. cans of beer\n\tSalt and Pepper\n\nDIRECTIONS:\n1. Fire up your charcoal or gas grill to 325-350f.\n2. Clean and pat dry two fresh roasting chickens.\n3. Thoroughly rub the salad oil all over the chickens.\n4. Salt and pepper.\n5. Insert 1\/2 to 3\/4 full can of beer in each cavity as shown in the video.\n6. Place the chickens upright, opposite the hot coals and then cover your grill.\n7. Mop the chickens every 20-30 minutes or so with a basting liquid like the Oil and Soy sauce we use, or better yet, choose your own.\n8. Remove from the BBQ grill when the temperature of the chickens reach 185f. internal.\n9. Let rest for 15 minutes\n10. Slice up and enjoy!
