GRILLED HOT DOGS

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

• Natural Casing Beef Hotdogs (or your favorite quality brand)
• Onions
• Mustard
• Relish and/or Pickles
• Hotdog Rolls

DIRECTIONS

IT'S ALL ABOUT SELECTING TOP QUALITY HOTDOGS, AND NOTHING BEATS FRESH MADE NATURAL CASING. 1. Grill the hotdogs using high Indirect heat with a closed grill cover as shown. 2. Remove when the dogs are browned the way you like them, or after they just split open. 3. Serve with a fresh roll and your favorite condiments.
