She's hot -just the way we like her....!\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tGround Chuck 80\/20 – 4 lbs.\n\tSPG – to taste\n\tJalapenos – 4, sliced\n\tOnion – 1, sliced and grilled\n\tPepper Relish – favorite store brand or homemade\n\tHot Sauce – to taste\n\tCayenne Pepper – to taste\n\tBacon – ½ lb. thick cut, cooked\n\tMozzarella – 1 ½ cup shredded\n\tCheddar – 1 ½ cup shredded\n\nFOR SERVING\n\n\tHamburger buns\n\tFavorite condiments\n\nDIRECTIONS:\nGETTING READY\n1. Bring grill temperature up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with coals offset for indirect cooking.\n2. Make 1 1\/3 lb. burger patties.\n3. Season both sides with SPG.\nMAKING\n4.
