- Place the pork into a large pan and cover with the sauce and bring it to simmer over direct heat
- Then move over to indirect heat for a couple of hours, keep turning them around every so often until he meat begins to pull back off the bones.
- Then take them from the pan and place them over direct heat, you want to be sure its searing hot and brown them up.
- Serve on a fresh bread roll and add some of the gravy sauce mix from the pan.
