Smoked Paprika

teaspoon Soy Sauce

teaspoon Honey

Tablespoon Mayonnaise as a Binder

1 Cup Marmalade

1/2 Cup Bourbon Wild Turkey

1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

2 Tablespoons Soy

2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

Chipotle Sauce for Heat

Finely Sliced Red Onion Rings

Directions
Start by dicing the duck meat
Add the honey, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, soy sauce and mayo
Mix it all up and form some large meatballs into burger patties.
Cook on indirect heat till they reach 165f internal.
In a pan mix all the sauce ingredients and cook over direct heat, stirring often till it reduces down to your desired thickness.
Add the sliced onion into the pan and mix together with the sauce for a couple minutes.
Make the burgers and enjoy!
