MEAT LOVERS POTATO SALAD is perfect if you're tired of boring old potato salad. Step up your game with this simple and easy to follow recipe!
Ingredients
- NY Strip Steak
- Chicken thighs
- SPG seasoning
- Salami
- Bacon
- Poultry powder seasoning
- Potatoes, use either red or white
- Sweet pickle relish
- Red onion
- scallion
- capers
- Jalapeños
- Chipotle sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
Cook up the bacon.
Season the steak with SPG and chicken with poultry powder and grill them both till done over direct heat.
Remove the steak and chicken when done. Set aside and cover and let rest.
Chop up the salami, onions, jalapenos, bacon, capers into a bowl, add in the other ingredients and mix.
Slice up the steak and chicken and add into the bowl and mix everything all together.
Serve and enjoy!
