Directions
GETTING READY
In a large tray or bowl, add the ground beef and ground pork along with some SPG. Mix well and make some burgers.
Now apply some salsa, add some cheddar cheese, chopped green peppers.
Carefully roll the burger so as to keep the ingredients inside. You now have a beef ball.
Whip up the 2 eggs and pour them on a tray. Crush the tortitos chips and put then on another tray.
Roll the beef ball on the egg and then on the crushed chips.
COOKING
Medium Heat 325F
Place the chips coated beef balls over indirect heat. Half way thru, move the balls around and flip for some even cooking.
Add some cheese slices over the balls and a few pieces of the green pepper.
Close the lid and let it cook for a couple of minutes till the cheese melt. Take them out at an internal temperature of 160F.
