NO BOLONEY BOLOGNA BURGERS

Get your BBQ Shoes on because it's “low and slow” Bologna Burgers, any way you like them served hot off the grill.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

We used both all Beef, and Beef, Pork and Chicken Bologna for these burgers. Slice them 1.5-2" thick off the roll, add sauce, season them, place them indirect, opposite the hot coals in a 250f grill or smoker. Add smoke wood for a light smoke for 3-4 hours....or for a long enough time to throw back a sixer or two of ice cold brew. Simple as that. Watch the video for more tips.
