For this Pasta with Meat + Cheese you need the following ingredients
Natural Casing Sausage - 2 lb
Bacon Slices - 1 lb
Ground Chuck - 2 lb
Spg Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Green Bell Pepper - 1 (Sliced)
Onion - 1 (Chopped)
Jalapeno - 1 (Chopped)
Garlic Cloves - 4 (Minced)
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes - 1 Tbsp
Pasta Sauce - 64 oz
Habanero Cheese - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)(Grated)
Grated Pamesan - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)
Grated Mozerella Cheese - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)
for Pasta
Pasta - 2 lb (1-2)
Water - 7 qt
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 2 Tbsp
Method
1. Preheat grill to 250 - 275°F.
2. Place bacon on grill. Make a swirl of the sausage and insert a couple of skewers to hold the shape. Place on grill. Cover and cook for 2 - 2.5 hours. Rotate and flip when required.
3. Heat water in a pot, add salt. When done, add pasta and cook until done. Drain, put back in the pot, add oil and toss to mix.
4. To the ground chuck , add spg and mix well, form into 6 burgers. Place the burgers on the grill and cook until medium done. Chop the smoked bacons. Discard skewers and chop the sausages.
5. Place an iron pan over grill, heat oil, add bell pepper, onion and jalapeno, allow to cook for a couple of minutes, add garlic, saute until the onions are a bit translucent. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, mix and cook for about a minute.
6. Add sauce, crush the burgers and add to the gravy, add bacon and sausage, stir to mix. Add in the pasta and mix. Top with habanero cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread.
