\n\n\n\nPasta with Meat + Cheese\nWatch the BBQ Pit Boys put together a Beef, Sausage, Bacon and three Cheese iron pan casserole recipe that will make you a legend at your family picnic.\nFor this Pasta with Meat + Cheese you need the following ingredients\n\tNatural Casing Sausage - 2 lb\n\tBacon Slices - 1 lb\n\tGround Chuck - 2 lb\n\tSpg Seasoning - 1 Tbsp\n\tOil - 1 Tbsp\n\tGreen Bell Pepper - 1 (Sliced)\n\tOnion - 1 (Chopped)\n\tJalapeno - 1 (Chopped)\n\tGarlic Cloves - 4 (Minced)\n\tItalian Seasoning - 1 Tbsp\n\tRed Pepper Flakes - 1 Tbsp\n\tPasta Sauce - 64 oz\n\tHabanero Cheese - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)(Grated)\n\tGrated Pamesan - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)\n\tGrated Mozerella Cheese - 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)\n\nfor Pasta\n\tPasta - 2 lb (1-2)\n\tWater - 7 qt\n\tSalt - 1 tsp\n\tVegetable Oil - 2 Tbsp\n\nMethod \n1. Preheat grill to 250 - 275°F.\n2. Place bacon on grill. Make a swirl of the sausage and insert a couple of skewers to hold the shape. Place on grill. Cover and cook for 2 - 2.5 hours. Rotate and flip when required.\n3. Heat water in a pot, add salt. When done, add pasta and cook until done. Drain, put back in the pot, add oil and toss to mix.\n4. To the ground chuck , add spg and mix well, form into 6 burgers. Place the burgers on the grill and cook until medium done. Chop the smoked bacons. Discard skewers and chop the sausages.\n5. Place an iron pan over grill, heat oil, add bell pepper, onion and jalapeno, allow to cook for a couple of minutes, add garlic, saute until the onions are a bit translucent. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, mix and cook for about a minute.\n6. Add sauce, crush the burgers and add to the gravy, add bacon and sausage, stir to mix. Add in the pasta and mix. Top with habanero cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.\nServe with garlic bread.\nEnjoy..
