And it's real easy to do on the grill as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tClams – 7 lbs.\n\tGarlic 12 cloves thinly sliced\n\tPepperoni – 1 lb. chopped\n\tButter – ¼ lb.\n\tCooking Oil\n\tBeer – 8 oz.\n\tWater – ½ cup\n\tLemon - 1\n\tLarge pot with lid\n\tBlack iron skillet\n\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. Set up your grills for indirect grilling. Place hot coals on 1 side of the grill and no coals on the other side of the grill.\nCOOKINGM\n2. Place your clams in the large pot and set aside\n3. Place the skillet directly over the hot coals\n4. Coat the skillet with cooking oil\n5. Place the sliced Garlic and diced pepperoni in the skillet to start cooking\n6. After a few minutes add ¼ butter to the skillet\n7. Move the skillet to the side of the grill with no coals\n8. Put the pot of clams on the grill directly over the hot coals\n9. Add 8 oz. of beer to the pot\n10. Add ½ cup water to the pot\n11. Place the lid on the pot and steam the clams\n12. Steam the clams until they open up\n13.
