PIRATE STEAK

Check out this BBQ Pit Boys Spiced Rum steak marinade recipe

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

  • Boneless rib eye roast -- 4 Pound, thinly sliced
  • Orange juice -- 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  • Soy sauce -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  • Brown sugar -- 3 Tablespoon (2-3)
  • Fresh ground black peppercorn -- 1 Teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  • Garlic cloves -- 3 , crushed (or use 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Spiced rum -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (or little more)

FOR BAKED BEANS

  • Canned baked beans -- 3 Can (30 oz)
  • Spiced rum -- 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

DIRECTIONS GETTING READY

1. In a zip lock bag, place the sliced rib eye pieces and marinate it with orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, and spiced rum. Mix well, seal the bag and set aside for 2 hours.

MAKING FOR GRILLED BAKED BEANS:

2. Place a pot on grill, add baked beans and rum. Mix well and cover the pot with lid. Cover the grill and cook for 2 hours.

FOR PIRATE STEAK:

3. Place steak slices over medium heat and cook to desired doneness.

SERVING

4. Serve steak on bread with beans and enjoy!
