THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Cod fillet -- 1
Haddock fillets -- 1 Pound
Pistachio -- 1 Pound, shelled
Milk -- 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweet butter -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic powder -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Fresh ground black pepper -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Panko bread crumbs -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1. Preheat grill. Soak the fish fillets in milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. In a shallow pan place butter, place the pan on grill and allow the butter to melt. Place the pistachios in a zip loc bag, season with pepper and garlic powder, seal the bag and crush using a hammer.
3. Pour the butter into the fillets soaked in milk. Coat each fillet with the pistachios and bread crumbs and place on pan placed over the grill few at a time. Cover and cook until done.
