Pork Rind + Bacon Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce
  • Habanero chipotle sauce
  • Mushrooms
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Fresh pineapple
  • Pork belly bacon
  • Salami
  • Pork Loin sliced thin
  • Chorizo Sausage
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pork crackling/ rinds
  • 2 cups Self Raising flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Milk

Directions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients into a bowl
  2. Gradually add the olive oil mixing into a crumb consistency
  3. Add the milk to form a dough, adding more flour if need be
  4. Knead the dough and roll out to fit your pizza tray
  5. Add toppings and place in a pre-heated grill or pizza oven at 375- 400 f ( 200 c ) for around 20 minutes.
