\n PRETZEL BACON CHEESEBURGER \n\nPRETZEL BACON CHEESEBURGER\nPretzel Burgers are all the rage right now, for sure. But unlike our pretzel burgers, theirs contain no pretzels.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tGround chuck -- 2 Pound\n\tSpg seasoning -- To Taste\n\tPretzel buns -- 4\n\tButter -- 1 Tablespoon (as needed)\n\tSea salt -- To Taste\n\tShredded sharp cheddar cheese -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided (as needed)\n\tSmoked bacon slices -- 6 , divided (as needed)\n\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. In a bowl, place ground meat and season with SPG. Mix well, divide the mixture into two portions and roll into patties.\n2. Preheat grill to 350 degree F.\nMAKING\n3. Place the burger over direct heat, cover and cook for a few minutes. Flip and cook until done. Transfer the burger to indirect heat until pretzels are toasted.\n4. Place pretzels on grill, over indirect flame and spread butter on them. Season with salt, cover and cook until nice and warm. Flip and cook on the other side for a few more minutes.\n5. Place a patty on one of the pretzel. Cover with another pretzel and repeat for the other patty.\n6. Top the burgers with cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts. Remove burger from grill.\nFINALIZING\n7. Open the burger and top the patties with bacon slices. Cover again.\nSERVING\n8. Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy!
