Ingredients

  • 4 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pepper-Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup general purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 cups Panko or bread crumbs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup diced peppered ham ( optional )
  • BBQ sauce
  • Pulled pork, use as much as you like or have.
  • BBQ Pit Boys Pork privilege seasoning

Directions

  1. First cook the macaroni elbows until al dente. Set aside.
  2. Into a saucepan add the salt, pepper, flour, milk and butter, mix well into a smooth lump free consistency. Add the cheeses, keep some aside, about a cup or so for the topping.
  3. Blend the cheese sauce into the macaroni.
  4. Take a large dish and add a splash of olive oil, add a layer of the pulled pork followed by a layer of the macaroni cheese sauce mix. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up your mix.
  5. Take the Panko / bread crumbs and season with a good dose of Pork privilege. Mix well and top off the pork and macaroni with that and the diced peppered ham and remaining cheese.
  6. Place into a preheated grill or oven at 350f and bake until the toppings have browned and cheeses melted. About 25-30 minutes. Remember, all the ingredients are already cooked.
  7. Serve hot with BBQ sauce on the side.
