- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 cups Panko or bread crumbs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup diced peppered ham ( optional )
- BBQ sauce
- Pulled pork, use as much as you like or have.
- BBQ Pit Boys Pork privilege seasoning
Directions
- First cook the macaroni elbows until al dente. Set aside.
- Into a saucepan add the salt, pepper, flour, milk and butter, mix well into a smooth lump free consistency. Add the cheeses, keep some aside, about a cup or so for the topping.
- Blend the cheese sauce into the macaroni.
- Take a large dish and add a splash of olive oil, add a layer of the pulled pork followed by a layer of the macaroni cheese sauce mix. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up your mix.
- Take the Panko / bread crumbs and season with a good dose of Pork privilege. Mix well and top off the pork and macaroni with that and the diced peppered ham and remaining cheese.
- Place into a preheated grill or oven at 350f and bake until the toppings have browned and cheeses melted. About 25-30 minutes. Remember, all the ingredients are already cooked.
- Serve hot with BBQ sauce on the side.
